Albany Police Department has released its activity report for the month of March 2016. During the month, 34 citations were issued involving 21 violations.

Citations issued in Mach include: expired plates, 4; disorderly conduct-second and no registration receipt, 3 each; possession of a controlled substance-third, terroristic threatening, alcohol intoxication, no insurance, no insurance card in possession and public intoxication, 2 each.

There was one citation each for the following: prescription not in proper container; menacing; terroristic threatening-third; disorderly conduct; resisting arrest; failure to register or transfer; expired operator’s license; public intoxication; improper passing; open alcohol container; fugitive from another state; disregard to a stop sign and improper equipment.

The APD also served two warrants during the month of March.
