April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month. During this time you will likely see blue ribbons and blue pinwheels throughout the state. These items are displayed to raise awareness about child abuse and neglect. On April 12, 2016 Clinton County community partners gathered together at the Clinton County Judge/Executive’s Office to honor Child Abuse Awareness Month in Clinton County by signing a proclamation.
