Warmer weather, and the approaching end of another school year, signals time for the beginning of outdoor activity, including the start of youth baseball and softball league play. A good crowd was on hand for all of the festivities that were featured Saturday at Mountain View Park as the Opening Day festivities were held marking the 2016 baseball and softball season for the Albany Independent League.
