Baseball team hosts Cumberland Co.

Cory Arms tried to tag the runner at second but the throw was just a little late Tuesday as Clinton County hosted Cumberland County at Emmitt Field.

The Bulldogs won the game 5-2 and move to 17-9 on the season.

The Dawgs played Russell County on Tuesday, too late for press deadline, and will travel to Adair County on Monday, May 9 and to Casey County on Tuesday, May 10. The Bat Dawgs will be back at home on Thursday, May 12, against Monroe County.

Jeffery Collins picked up the win from the mound Tuesday against Cumberland County, 5-2. The Bat Dawgs move to 17-9 on the season.
