Denise Hohman Johnson, 53, Albany, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2016 at The Medical Center Albany.

She is survived by her husband, Wesley Johnson, Albany; her mother and step-father, Jessie and Bill Chapman of Maryland; her father and step-mother, Paul and Drew Ryanzewski of Maryland; a daughter, Lisa Hohman, Albany; two sons, Matthew and Jason Hohman, both of Maryland; a step-son, Jacob Johnson, Albany; a brother, Adam Ryanzewski, NV; a half-sister, Cindy Johnson of Maryland and two grandchildren, Aidan Hohman and Logan Barnes.

A memorial service will be held Friday, May 6, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Albany United Church of the Nazarene with Bro. David Dorn officiating. Arrangements are being made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
