The Clinton County Grand Jury had a light session on Thursday, April 14 handing down only one true bill.

The grand jury charged Mitchell Comstock with the alleged offense of flagrant nonsupport by failing to provide support for his minor child or children, said offense having occurred on or about November 26, 2014 through April 14 of this year. The amount of arrearage is $1,744.71.
