Senator Max Wise (R-Campbellsville) announced last week plans for seven town hall meetings across the 16th Senate District beginning Monday, May 9 with a visit to Albany and Clinton County.

Wise is scheduled to conduct Monday’s Town Hall meeting at the Clinton County PublicLibrary beginning at 8:30 a.m.

A press release announcing the Town Hall meeting also said that accompanying him would be State Representative Jeff Hoover (R-Jamestown), who represents Clinton County as a part of his 83rd District.

“Town hall meetings offer a great opportunity for those who elected us to express their ideas, opinions, and concerns,” said Senator Wise. “In these upcoming sessions we will address our state budget, in addition to other priority legislation introduced by the Kentucky Senate Leadership. Our Commonwealth will likely see many changes in this upcoming year and we want to make sure our constituents have a voice in the process.”
