Second baseman Cory Arms threw out a runner at first base Monday as the Bat Dawgs hosted Pulaski County. Clinton County improved its record to 18-11 with the 16-8 win. Clinton County will travel to Metcalfe County Monday, May 23, to play in the first round of the 16th District Tournament. The Bat Dawgs go into the tournament as a number four seed and will play Russell County.

Eli Brown laid down a bunt in the second inning that propelled Clinton County to take an 8-2 lead over Pulaski County. Clinton County finished the game by grabbing the 16-8 win over the Maroons.
