Billy Harold Neal, age 44, of Jamestown, Kentucky and formerly of Albany, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2016, at his residence in Jamestown, Kentucky. He was the son of Herbert Harold Neal and the late Margaret (Guthrie) Little. He was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Frank and Georgia Guthrie, and his paternal grandparents, Curtis and John Neal.

He is survived by his children, Kaitlyn Brook Neal of Murray, Kentucky, Abby Nicole Neal and Morgan Rose Neal of Burkesville, Kentucky, Noah Dalton Neal of Hermitage Springs, Tennessee, Billy Reed Neal of Webster, Kentucky, Alexis Rose Neal, and an unborn son, Jordan Neal of Jamestown; his siblings John (Arika) Neal of Richmond, Kentucky, Ryan (Kelley) Neal of Oakwood, Ohio, Sarah Neal of Manchester, Ohio, and Crystal Little of Lexington, Kentucky; his fiancée, Brittany Nicole Redman of Jamestown, Kentucky; and several nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 9, 2016, in the Chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home with Pastor Bobby Brown and Brother Chopper Brown officiating.
