2016 Little Miss and Mister Taylor County Fair Jersie Smith and Dannon Dalton from Albany. Jersie is the daughter of Leslie and Joey Rhule and Dannon is the son of Anthony and Lorie Dalton. The couple will compete at the Kentucky State Fair in August.
