Linda (Lawson) Slaven, 55, Pall Mall, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2016 at UT Medical Center in Knoxville. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Lawson, and grandparents, Fred and Minda Lawson and Arney and Gladys Upchurch.

She is survived by her husband, Rick Slaven; her mother, Clarice Jane Lawson; a sister, Bekki Boles, a brother, Steve (Joanne) Lawson, all of Tennessee; two aunts, Virginia Guffey and Jeanette Upchurch, Albany; also two nieces, three nephews and other relatives in Clinton and Cumberland counties.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, at Jennings Funeral Home with final resting place in Davidson Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to Travisville United Methodist Church and may be left at the funeral home. Arrangements were made through Jennings Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee.
