Local residents will enjoy a “man-made” fireworks show Monday at the Clinton County Fairgrounds for the annual Fourth of July celebration. Area residents who were up early Tuesday of this week, saw a show of another kind when a small storm system moved through the area, putting on a fireworks show in the sky, compliments of Mother Nature. The area has been inundated with thunderstorms this spring and summer, and Tuesday’s storm brought more rain and lightening to Albany and Clinton County, as can be seen in this photograph made in the Snow Community of Clinton County shortly after 4:00 a.m. Tuesday.
