Clinton Grand Jury hands down several true bills at June session

The Clinton County Grand Jury, convening in regular session Thursday, June 9, handed down indictments against eight individuals with all but two of those charges being named in multi-count true bills and opened in Circuit Court.

The following indictments were handed down during the June grand jury session:

* Brian L. Martin, the alleged offenses of Criminal Possession of a Destructive Device or Booby Trap (pipe bomb); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (misdemeanor); Possession of a Methamphetamine Precursor; Manufacturing Methamphetamine; and Possession of a Controlled Substance First Degree. The alleged offenses occurred on or about May 17.

* Jacqueline Martin, the alleged offenses of Criminal Possession of a Destructive Device or Booby Trap (pipe bomb); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (misdemeanor); Possession of a Controlled Substance First Degree; Manufacturing Methamphetamine; and Possession of a Methamphetamine Precursor. The alleged offenses occurred on or about May 17.

* Danny Neal, the alleged offenses of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition, more than $500 but less than $10,000 (two counts); Burglary in the Third Degree (two counts); and Persistent Felony Offender in the Second Degree (four counts) for allegedly committing the crimes having been stood convicted of a prior felony offense within the past five years. The alleged offenses occurred on or about April 23.

* Dillon M. Alley, the alleged offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance First Degree; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (misdemeanor); and Possession of Marijuana (misdemeanor). The alleged offenses having occurred on or about March 30.

* Jeffery L. Mason, the alleged offenses of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (misdemeanor) and Possession of a Controlled Substance First Degree. The alleged offenses occurred on or about May 9.

* George W. Cole, the alleged offenses of Unlawful Imprisonment second degree (two counts, Class A misdemeanors) and Sexual Abuse First Degree, Class C felony. The alleged offenses occurred on or about December 1, 2015.

* Justin O’Brien Wisdom, the alleged offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance First Degree, the alleged offense having occurred on or about March 11.

* Deana Bell, the alleged offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle with Alcohol Concentration of or above 0.08, while under the influence of alcohol or other substance. The alleged occurred on or about April 13.
