Jackson Cowan is proud to announce the birth of his brother, Luke Van Cowan. Luke was born April 13, 2016 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He weighted 7 lb. 8 oz. and was 21 1/2 inches long. He is the son of Josh and April Cowan, and the grandson of Johnny Cowan and Sandy Cowan and Otis and Margretta Glidewell. He is the great-grandson of Helen Marcum.
