Doris Garcia, 76, Albany, passed away Friday, June 17, 2016 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Tony “Pepper” Garcia, daughter of the late Raymond C. and Virgie Zelma Lowhorn Denney and a veteran of the U.S. Army.

She is survived by two daughters, Tonya Garcia, Albany; Brandie Oliver, Oak Ridge, Tennessee; special granddaughter, Toni Collins; also several step-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday, June 20, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Father Kenneth Soroko officiating. Final resting place in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
