Albany Police Department has released its activity report for the month of June 2016, as follows:

Three arrests for fourth degree assault; five arrests for alcohol intoxication; one arrest for criminal mischief-second degree; one arrest for trespass-third degree; one charge for providing false information to a police officer-false ID; one arrest for burglary-third degree; five citations for speeding; one citation for failure to stop; one warrant executed; two citations for public intoxication; two arrests for fugitive from justice (wanted on out-of-state warrant); and, one arrest for failure to appear in court.
