Over the first weekend of July, Kentucky State Police were flying over the Wolf River area and noticed some possible illegal activity on Wolf River Dock Road on the Pickett County side.

Kennith B. Gibson, 41, Kennith L. Gibson, 19, and Ernest Tallent, 60, all of Albany, were charged with manufacturing marijuana.

There were approximately 176 marijuana plants along with other materials that were removed from the property.

Pickett County Sheriff Dana Dowdy along with Chief Deputy Steve Wilber and Deputy Matthew Russell assisted the KSP in locating and arresting the three individuals on the property.
