Jason Wayne Mann, age 35, of Grand Rivers, Kentucky and formally Albany, Kentucky, passed away Friday, July 15, 2016, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky. He was a United States Army Veteran, and the son of Pastor Earnest Wayne and Eva Elaine (Staton) Mann of Monticello, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by a maternal grandfather, Dale Staton and a paternal grandfather, Bobby Mann.

He is survived by his wife, Amber Fralix; two children, Alazai Mann and Summer Mann; three step-children, Haiden Violet, Christian Violet and Trevor Sotelo, all of Grand Rivers, Kentucky; maternal grandmother, Peggy Staton; a paternal grandmother, Irene Mann. several cousins, plus a host of other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services, with military honors will be conducted Saturday, July 23, 2016, at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends after 4 p.m. Friday July 22. In lieu of flowers contributions to help pay for final arrangements appreciated and may be left at the funeral home. Campbell-New Funeral Home of Albany, Kentucky is in charge of arrangements.
