Chloe, Quade, Owen, Johnwilder and Matthew would like to announce the birth of their baby sister. Ellarose was born March 21 at Livingston Regional Hospital. She weighed 7 lbs. 15 oz. and was 21 inches long. Proud parents are Randy and Robin Nolze. Grandparents are Gaylon Nicholas of Byrdstown, Tennessee and the late Bill Tompkins and Harold and Beverly Nolze of Chattanooga, Tennessee and the late Meriel Nolze. She was also welcomed home by aunts and uncles, Rex Tompkins, Skyler, Nicholas, Karen Talbott, Jean Martin and Nikki Groce.
