Clinton Grand Jury Convenes

The new Clinton County Grand Jury convened in regular session last Thursday, July 14 and handed down the followed indictments in open Clinton Circuit Court:

* Ashley A.. Booher, the alleged offenses of possession of a controlled substance first degree; possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor); wanton endangerment first degree by allowing a minor to be in the presence of several pills and drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance second degree (two counts); and tampering with physical evidence, the alleged offenses having occurred on or abut April 26.

* Steven A. Swift, the alleged offense of criminal trespass third degree; burglary third degree and criminal mischief first degree, by remaining unlawfully on another persons property and causing damage of $1,000 or more, the alleged offenses having occurred on or about June 9.

* Cody H. Owens, the alleged offenses of criminal trespass third degree, possession of a controlled substance first degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor), the alleged offenses having occurred on or about May 10.

* Tina M. Garrett, the alleged offense of marijuana cultivation (five or more plants), the alleged offense having occurred on or about March 13.

* Shane Garrett, the alleged offenses of marijuana cultivation (more than five plants) and tampering with physical evidence, the alleged offenses having occurred on or about March 13.

* Kathy P. Duvall, the alleged offenses of possession of a controlled substance first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor), the alleged offenses having occurred on or about April 26.

* William Hogan, the alleged offenses of criminal possession of a forged instrument (10 counts), the alleged offenses having occurred between December 24, 2015 through April 11, 2016.

* Danny Neal, the alleged offenses of theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake and persistent felony offender second degree, by having committed the crime after having been stood convicted of a prior felony offense within the past five years. The alleged theft occurred on or about May 12.

* Phillip P. Cape, the alleged offense of assault first degree by stabbing Gregory Craig multiple times, with the alleged offense having occurred on or abut May 28.
