Carly Upchurch from Albany was recently crowned Miss Nelson County Fair in Bardstown, Kentucky. Miss Upchurch is the daughter of Adam and Pattie Upchurch of Albany. She will represent Nelson County Fair in the state pageant held in Louisville next January.
