The scholarship proceeds from the 2015 R. Fred Capps Memorial Golf Tournament were presented to the following recipients: Molly Jo Morgan, Cumberland County; Hayli Jo Pillar, Clinton County; and Joseph F. Rushing, Monroe County. Presenting the scholarships were Tournament Committee members, Catherine Capps, John Capps and Lydia Capps Terry.
