Samuel Taylor Norris 82, passed away August 20, 2016. He was born in Hegria, Kentucky to the late Albert and Ruby Norris.

He had been a pastor for more than 50 years and currently at the Golden Gate Baptist Church. He retired from Ford Motor Company where he worked for more than 30 years and was an Army Veteran.

Survivors include his son David (Melissa) Norris; a daughter Tamara (John) Schell; and granddaughters, Tori and Tasha Norris. He was preceded in death by his wife Nelda L. Norris; a brother and five sisters.

Services will be Thursday, August, 25, 2016, at 10 a.m. in the Little & Sons Funeral Home Beech Grove Chapel. Burial will follow at South Mound Cemetery, New Castle, IN.
