Leta Mae Gibson, 86, Cartwright Loop, Albany, passed away Friday, July 1, 2011 at Clinton County Hospital. She was the wife of the late Woodrow Gibson and a member of Albany United Church of the Nazarene.

She is survived by seven sons and daughters-in-law, Jim and Marcia Gibson, Lynn, IN; Otis Gibson, Gary and Sharon Gibson, Dale and Janet Gibson, Elbert and Michelle Gibson, Tim and Sandy Gibson and Phillip and Sherri Gibson, all of Albany; five daughters and sons-in-law, Faye and Frank Gregory, Monticello, KY; Linda and Charles Yates, Georgia and Kendrick Patton, Ava and John Roberts and Lisa and Tim Albertson, all of Albany; two brothers, Glenn Dalton, New Castle, IN; Harold Dalton, Richmond, IN; also 14 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, five step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. David Dorn officiating. Final resting place in Albany Cemetery. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
