Justina McCoy, 89, Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at Cumberland Valley Manor in Burkesville. She was a member of Burkesville First United Methodist Church, a graduate of Lindsey Wilson College, and a homemaker.

She is survived by a son, Herman D. McCoy, Jr., Burkesville, Kentucky; a sister, Genny Shrader, Sellersburg, Indiana; two brothers, Gale Flowers, New Albany, Indiana; Russell Flowers, Albany; also eight grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Saturday, September 10 at 2 p.m. at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home with final resting place in Burkesville Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home of Burkesville.
