Norma Sue Duvall, 72, Jamestown, Kentucky and a native of Albany, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at Russell County Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Stephen Roscoe and Essie Davis Byers.

She is survived by a brother, Otis Byers of Glasgow, Kentucky.

A graveside service was held Friday, September 9, 2016 at Central Grove Cemetery with Bro. Larry Brown officiating. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
