James Randall “Jim” Hawkins, 58, Albany, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2016. He was a native of New Castle, Indiana, son of the late Elmer Jr. and Annabelle (Choate) Hawkins and was also preceded in death by a son, James R. “Jamie” Hawkins, a brother Larry Darling and a sister, Diane Darling.

He is survived by a daughter, Angie (Jeff) Hall, Hagerstown, Indiana; three brothers, Robert Darling, Smyrna, Tennessee; John Hawkins, Greenfield, Indiana; Greg Hawkins, New Castle, Indiana; two grandson, Levi and Bryan Hall; and his long time companion Terry Burgess.

Funeral services were held Friday, September 16, 2016 at 12 noon at Culberson Funeral Home with final resting place in West Lawn Cemetery, Hagerstown. Arrangements were made through Culberson Funeral Home of Hagerstown, Indiana. Online condolences may be made at www.culbersonfh.com.
