The following is the docket for Clinton District Court held on Tuesday, October 4, 2016.

• Heather M. Prater, possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense, plea of guilty, amended to possession of a controlled substance in the second degree. Sentenced to one year in jail, to serve 21 days with seven days credit. Probated two years with no like offenses. Also charged with public intoxication, plea of guilty, $25 fine.

• Richard Justin Mason, theft by unlawful taking or disposition of a controlled substance under $10,000. Plea of guilty, amended to possession of a controlled substance second degree. To serve 21 days of 365 with eight days credit, probated two years with no violation of the law and no contact with Joesph Kackyski.

• Jose Rojop Hernandez, no operator’s/moped license, plea of guilty, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance in the first degree, plea of guilty. Fine plus court cost.

• Kanitha D. Foster, possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, plea of guilty, To serve 21 of 365 days probated two years, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs with an aggravator, plea of guilty to DUI in the second degree with no aggavator, $350 fine with $375 service fee, license suspended and must attend ADE class, wanton endangerment in the first degree, ameneded to wanton endangerment in the second degree, plea of guilty to serve 21 days probated two years, driving DUI suspended license, amended to driving on suspended license, plea of guilty, $25 fine, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, plea of guilty, $1,000 fine with $850 suspended with no like offenses for two years.

• James Daley, failure of owner to maintain required insurance in the second degree, plea of guilty, $1,000 fine with $850 suspended for two years, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license.

• Jason P. Gilbert, drug paraphernalia buy/possess, plea of guilty, 60 days probated two years with no violation of the law, $25 fine, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, plea of guilty.

• Ashley Armstrong, theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500, plea of guilty, no contact with Fred’s and is to pay restitution of $88.34, $25 fine, theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500, plea of guilty, no contact with Fred’s and is to pay restitution of $160.12, $25 fine, theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500, plea of guilty, no contact with Junction Station and is to pay restitution of $52.96, $25 fine, probated two years with no violation of the law.

• Mary A. Adams, theft by unlawful taking/disposition shoplifting, plea of guilty, 30 days probated two years with no contact with Fred’s and no violation of the law, $25 fine.

• Austin T. Rose, speeding 10 mph over the limit, diverted one year with no traffic offenses, plea of guilty, $200 fine, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, plea of guity, $500 fine with $450 suspended for two years.

• Chancie L. Pyles, speeding 10 mph over the limit, plea of guilty.

•David R. Key, speeding 10 mph over the limit, plea of guilty.

• Virgil E. Braswell, no/expired registration plates, plea of guilty, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, plea of guilty, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance in the first degree, plea of guilty, $500 fine with $450 suspended for two years.
