Albany Police Department has released its activity report for the month of September 2016.

During September, APD issued 18 citations for 11 different violations, as follows: alcohol intoxication, four; disorderly conduct, three; no insurance and speeding, two each.

There was one citation each issued for the following: no registration plates; failure to maintain registration/plates; shoplifting; public intoxication; hindering prosecution; failure to produce insurance; DUI-second.

The police department also served seven warrants during the month of September.
