Auditions scheduled for Missoula Children’sTheatre’s Peter and Wendy

An audition will be held for Missoula Children’s Theatre production of Peter and Wendy on Monday, November 7, 2016 from 3:30 to 5:30 PM. All students in grades K-12 are encouraged to audition.

Those auditioning should arrive at the Clinton County Learning Center auditorium before 3:30 PM and plan to stay for the full two hours. Some of the cast members will be asked to stay for a rehearsal immediately following the audition.

Approximately 50-60 roles are available for local students. Among the roles to be cast are Peter, his Shadow, Tinker Bell, and the Lost Boys; Wendy and her brothers John and Michael; their parents Mr. and Mrs. Darling with their faithful friends Nana and Liza; Captain Hook and his Pirate Crew along with the Crocodile; Tiger Lily, the band of Neverlanders and Neverland Creatures; and, carrying them to Neverland, a group of stormy Clouds.

Assistant Directors will also be cast to aid in rehearsals throughout the week and to take on essential backstage responsibilities. The Missoula Children’s Theatre touring productions are complete with costumes, scenery, props and makeup.

MCT Tour Actor/Directors will conduct rehearsals with cast members four hours each evening throughout the week. Peter and Wendy is part of the Missoula Children’s Theatre’s unique international touring project and is presented in Clinton County by Clinton County Community Education, with funding provided through Extended School Services and Grider Hill Dock.

Peter and Wendy will be presented at 7:30 PM on Friday, November 11th at the Clinton County Learning Center.

Tickets are $5.00 for adults and $2.00 for children, and will be available at the door.
