Christopher Charles “Cutter” Caruthers, 39, Albany, passed away Friday, October 21, 2016 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. He was the son of the late Benjamine Charles White and was also preceded in death by a son, Skyler Caruthers Moreland and a daughter, Chloe Rigney Caruthers.

He is survived by his mother, Cynthia Ann (Caruthers) Downing, Albany; a daughter, Zara Caruthers, Byrdstown, Tennessee; a sister, Cindy Gail Brummett; a brother, Jeff Caruthers, two nieces, Samantha and Ashley Brummett, all of Albany; a step-brother, Brent Downing, Nashville, Tennessee; special nephew, Brandon Caruthers; special aunts, Wanda Shelton, Albany; Gail (J.B.) Boyles, Joyce (Nelson) Hicks, Nashville, Tennessee; an aunt, Paula Burdette, Melbourne, Florida; and an uncle, Mark Caruthers, Nashville, Tennessee.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at Campbell-New Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Brown officiating. Final resting place in Cartwright Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Campbell-New Funeral Home of Albany. Online condolences may be made at www.campbell-new.com.
