The Clinton County Head Start had a field trip to the Clinton County Courthouse to trick-or-treat at each office. We would like to thank every office that participated in the event. County Judge/Executive Richard Armstrong’s office, shown in the above photo, County Court Clerk Sheila Booher’s office, Sheriff Jim Guffey’s office, Circuit Court Clerk Jake Staton’s office, PVA Pat Campbell’s office. Thank you all so much for having this event for our children. We would also like to thank all the parents who volunteered for this event.
