Mary Frances Lowhorn, along with the Clinton County Head Start students have been collecting recyclable materials for its yearly October Pride Project. Mary and the Head Start students and staff would like to encourage everyone to recycle to help save our environment. Clinton County Head Start would like to thank everyone responsible for the recycling bins that are located in various locations.
