Coach Thomas Douglas Frame, 76, Albany, and formerly of Crystal River, Florida, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2017 at his residence. He was the son of the late Felix James and Rosanna (Kanpp) Frame.

He is survived by a daughter, Lynette (Tom) Bagwell, Albany; a son, Thomas Walter Frame, Tampa, Florida; a sister, Mary Frame; Covington, Virginia; two brothers, Robert D. Frame, Covington, Virginia; William Harvey Frame, Florida; four grandchildren, Thomas Leland, Shania Hope, Victoria Belle and Taylor Leigh Bagwell; one great-granddaughter, Kyra Grace Bagwell; also several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Albany First Baptist Church with Pastor Jeff Brown officiating. Contributions to the Clinton County High School Soccer Boosters would be appreciated. Arrangements were made through Campell-New Funeral Home of Albany.
