Betty M. Brown, 81, Frenchburg, Kentucky and a native of Albany, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Bradley and Edna Graham and wife of the late Elbert Miller and the late Willie Kelsey Brown.

She is survived by four daughters, Cora Miller Brewington and Tinna Miller Coulson, both of Frenchburg, Kentucky; Janet Miller (Basil) Dancy, Vero Beach, Florida; Terra Miller (Kelvin) Peters, Norfolk, Virginia; a son, Irvin K. (Tammy) Brown, Livingston, Tennessee; two sisters, Maggie Graham Van Dalsen and Diane Graham Preston; four brothers, Campbell, James, Shelby (Joyce) an Jack (Linda) Graham; also 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. David Stearns and Bro. Rayborn Starns officiating. Final resting place in Five Springs Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
