Kentucky State Representative and House Speaker Jeff Hoover, right, was presented the Guardian of Life Award from the Kentucky Baptist Convention on February 9, 2017, in the Capitol Annex in Frankfort, Kentucky. Dr. Paul Chitwood, Executive Director of the Kentucky Baptist Convention, and Tom Troth (left), Legislative Agent, presented the award. Hoover represents Clinton County as a part of his 83rd Kentucky House District.
