Doris Ann Edwards, 51, Woodson Lane, Albany, passed away Friday, July 22, 2011 at her residence. She was a member of Westview Christian Church, daughter of the late Ina Lou Edwards and was also preceded in death by a brother, Randall Edwards.

She is survived by a daughter, Cassandra Pryor; special friend, Jeff Braswell; her father, Walter Edwards, all of Albany; four sisters, Gladys Lucille Gonzales, TX; JoAnn Merritt, Bainbridge, GA; Kathy (Charlie) Stearns and Saundra Cross, both of Albany; also several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Monday, July 25, 2011 at 1 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Martin, Bro. Ronnie Brumley and Jack Amonett officiating. Final resting place in Lands Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
