Extension teaming with Clinton ATC in Dress for Success Career Closet

Posted April 12, 2017 at 8:48 am

Clinton County Area Technology Center and the Clinton County Extension Office are teaming up to provide students with a better chance at a promising career with Clinton County’s newest Dress for Success Career Closet.

The ATC has been thrilled to work alongside the Extension Office on the planning and upcoming launch of the Career Closet. This gives our students the opportunity to rally together in support for our students’ professional lives in multiple ways – through donating professional clothing and promoting the service to students.

Our goal is to provide students with the opportunity to be successful despite their financial circumstances. Students will have the opportunity to receive three items of clothing for their Mock Interview Day at the ATC.

Faculty, staff, students, and members of the community are encouraged to donate clean, gently worn professional clothing to the closet. Join our efforts in supporting our students by donating business attire to help students ‘Dress for Success.’

Donations can be brought to the Clinton County Area Technology Center or the Clinton County Extension Office. Last day for donations will be April 24, 2017 unless other arrangements have been made. Students will browse clothing April 25-27.
