Sallie Mae Parrish, 83, Albany, passed away Saturday, May 13, 2017 at the Medical Center at Albany. She was the wife of the late Gene Parrish and was also preceded in death by a daughter, Betty Roberts, two sisters and a brother.

She is survived by two daughters, Shirley (Oris) Shelton, Albany; Greta Tabb, Louisville, Kentucky; two sons, Roger (Janice) Roberts, Louisville, Kentucky; Gary Roberts, California; three brothers, Gleason (Barbara) Patrick, Dawson, Illinois; and Leonard Patrick, Ringgold, Georgia; Billy Gene (Linda) Patrick, Russell County, Kentucky; a sister-in-law, Jeanne Patrick; also six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Clifton Cowan and Bro. J.W. Webb officiating. Final resting place in Parrish Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
