Milton “Randy” Rowe, 72, Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at the Owensboro Center in Owensboro, Kentucky. He was a member of Highland Chapel United Methodist Church.

He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Timmy Rowe and Lisa Stewart of Scottsville, Kentucky; a brother and sister-in-law, Earl and Linda Rowe, Burkesville, Kentucky; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Eva Adean and Albert D. Froman, Indianapolis, Indiana; Janice Ann and Bill Parker, Mooresville, Indiana; also four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held Sunday, July 23, 2017 at Burkesville Cemetery with Bro. Gary Cash officiating. Arrangements were made through Norris-New Funeral Home of Burkesville.
