Maida Wallace, 86, Albany, passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at The Medical Center – Albany. She was a member of Cedar Hill United Methodist Church, wife of the late Warren Wallace and was a also preceded in death by a daughter, Kathy West, and a son, Bobby Wallace.

She is survived by a daughter, Sharon Braswell; a daughter-in-law, Faye Wallace, both of Albany; a son-in-law, James West; a sister, Cora Walls, Albany; four grandchildren, Melissa (Gary) Stover, Tammy (Randy) Thrash, Bobbi Gibson and Anthony (Michelle) Honeycutt; seven great-grandchildren, Marsha (Jerry) Brannum, April Stover, Katie and Tyler Thrash, Derrick Sells, Josh and Joseph Honeycutt; three great-great-granddaughters, Aleiah, Zoie and Alyssa Brannum; also several nieces, nephews and step-grand children.

Funeral services were held Sunday, July 30, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Shelley, Bro. David Stearns and Bro. Nathan Boils officiating. Final resting place in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Memorials ares suggested to Cedar Hill Church or Cedar Hill Cemetery Fund. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
