Bill Moran passed away on July 28, 2017. He was 69 years old. He was predeceased by his father, Marvin Madison Moran.

Bill is survived by his mother, Eula Pickens Duvall Moran; his wife, Mary Shanks; daughter, Alice Janette Moran; and sisters, Carolyn Moran DePalma (Bruno) and Sarah Moran Halcomb (Robin). He is also survived by brother-in-law Gary Carver and a host of relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at the Albany First United Methodist Church, 304 East Cumberland Street in Albany, Kentucky.
