Will Houseman, the son of Hunter and Beth Tuggle Houseman and the grandson of the late James and Betty Tuggle, was recently diagnosed with Crainiopharyngioma, a rate brain tumor, and is currently receiving treatment at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and supporters from across the nation come together for the St. Jude Walk/Run to end childhood cancer and to raise money for the kids at St. Jude. No child or family ever receives a bill for anything while being treated at St. Jude. Will and his family have put together Team Will Power and will be participating in the run/walk in Memphis on September 23.

To support Team Will Power here in Albany, family and friends will be having a bake sale and Rachel’s Lemonade Stand will have lemonade for sale at Mountain View Park on Saturday, September 23 from 8 am. to 12 noon. Come by, show your support, walk a lap for Will, and make a donation to St. Jude in honor of Will. We will have a limited number of Will Power t-shirts for sale also.
