Stephanie Beth Rose, 42, Corbin, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington. She was a former member of the UK Lady Kats basketball team and attended Hill Methodist Church in Corbin.

She is survived by her mother, Carol Rose; her father, Dariel Rose, both of Corbin, Kentucky; a sister, Sandy Rose (Jake) Staton, Albany; a brother, Tim (Lisa) Collins, Flatwoods, Kentucky; also several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services were held Sunday, October 1, 2017 at 3:30 p.m. at Croley Funeral Home with Rev. Gerald Mullins officiating. Final resting place in Terrell-Murray Cemetery in Rockholds, Kentucky.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Shriner’s Hospital. Online condolences may be made at www.croleyfuneralhome.com. Arrangements were made through Croley Funeral Home of Williamsburg, Kentucky.
