Mark Dewayne Rigney, 42, Albany, Kentucky, passed away Friday, August 12, 2011 at his residence. He was the son of the late Martin Otto and Helen Evelyn Ferrell Rigney.

He is survived by two brothers, Richard (Rachel) and James Rigney, one sister, Virginia Duvall, a niece, Amiee Duvall, a nephew, Daniel Duvall, and one great niece, Madison Gray, all of Albany.
