Joseph “Hammer” Coop, 44, Albany, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at The Medical Center-Albany. He was the son of the late Eddie Paul Coop.
He is survived by his mother, Bonnnie Lou (Roy) Lake, Marshes Siding, Kentucky; a sister, Amiee Barrickman (Elbert Ray Smith), Monticello, Kentucky; and three nieces, Tabitha J. Lee, Taylor Ray Barrickman and Lacey J. Smith.
Funeral services were held Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Weldon Haddix Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Bryant officiating. Final resting place in Aaron’s Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Weldon Haddix Funeral Home of Albany.
