High School Team results

The Clinton County High School Academic Team claimed the championship of the District 15 High School Governor’s Cup competition. The team also earned first place in the district Quick Recall competition and 1st place in the district Future Problem Solving competition. The following students placed in district Written Assessment: Conlan Beck (2nd in Social Studies and 2nd in Arts & Humanities); Olivia Brummett (4th in Composition); Jessica Criswell (4th in Language Arts and 2nd in Composition); Mary Willen Cross (5th in Arts & Humanities); Jared Grant (3rd in Science); Paige Hicks (3rd in Language Arts); Jaden Mullins (1st in Arts & Humanities). The entire team will advance to the regional Governor’s Cup competition at South Warren High School in Bowling Green on February 12th and 17th. The team is coached by Mrs. Danielle Hicks and Mrs. Gina Poore.
