The Clinton County News made a trip to the west coast to Oceanside, California to help celebrate with Lance Corporal Dawson Waid when he graduated from his MOS school from the Marines at Camp Pendleton on Wednesday May 2.

A 2017 graduate of Clinton County High School, Dawson is the son of April Riddle and James Waid and his family noted they are more proud of him and his accompllishments so far than words can express.
