Stanley F. Short, 80, Kettle, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Cumberland County Hospital. He was a member of Hickory Grove Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife, Callie Jean Short, Kettle, Indiana; a son, Jason (April) Short, Lafayette, TN; a brother, Paul (Barbara) Short; a granddaughter, Addison Short; a brother-in-law, Willard (Donna) Capps, all of Burkesville, Kentucky and two nieces, Joyce Bolin of Monticello, Kentucky and Jewell Smith of Albany.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Norris-New Funeral Home in Burkesville with Bro. Tommy Watson officiating. Final resting place in Murley Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.norris-new.com.
