Carol Elaine Sewell, 69, of Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at Cumberland County Hospital. Carol was born in Clinton County to the late Roscoe York and Pearl Bruce York.

Survivors include her husband, Johnny Sewell, Burkesville; two daughters, Gail (Gregg) Garrett, Lebanon, Tennessee, and Penny (Howell) White, Bowling Green, Kentucky; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

A private burial was held for Mrs. Sewell.

Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home of Burkesville was in charge of arrangements.
